Dusk

Dark & quiet, by design

The migraine tracker for the dark room.

Dusk is a migraine tracker you can actually use mid-attack — log in three taps, lying down, lights off, one thumb. Logging is free forever, and never behind a paywall.

Coming soon to the App Store Free to track. Dusk Pro is optional — monthly, yearly, or one-time lifetime.

And you never have to reach far: log from a widget, Control Center, the Lock Screen, the Action button, Siri — or your wrist.

Built for the worst hour

Tracking that works when you can’t

Everything you need to log an attack is free forever — never behind a paywall, never ad-supported.

Free, forever

Log in three taps

Start an attack from the app, a widget, Siri, or the Action button — then add pain, symptoms, and meds when you're able. No 13-screen questionnaire, ever.

Kind to your eyes

A true-black dark mode designed for photophobia — no bright white screens, no harsh red buttons, nothing that makes the pain worse while you log it.

Meds, minus the guesswork

Track what you took and when, with a “can I take another?” counter and medication reminders — all notifications are free.

A report your doctor can use

Turn your last 30 days into a clean, printable summary of attacks, triggers, and meds. Your history syncs privately across devices with iCloud — free.

Dusk Pro

For finding what’s behind them

Logging stays free. Pro is the understanding layer — patterns, forecasts, and correlations across your whole history.

Your trigger patterns

See what your attacks have in common — triggers, timing, and patterns across your whole history, not just the last 30 days.

Pressure-drop alerts

Many migraines ride the weather. Dusk watches barometric pressure where you are and warns you before a significant drop — so you're not surprised.

Sleep & cycle correlations

Connect Apple Health and see how sleep and your cycle line up with your attacks — the patterns a paper diary can never show you.

Apple Watch & deeper reports

Log from your wrist without reaching for a bright phone screen, run 90-day and all-time doctor reports, and add extra widgets.

Dusk on Apple Watch

Log without ever lighting up a phone.

Mid-attack, even your phone screen is too much. Tap once on your wrist — Dusk starts the attack, and the details can wait until you’re ready.

Apple Watch logging is part of Dusk Pro.

Yours, and only yours

Health data that never leaves your hands

Dusk never asks you to sign up. Your migraine history lives on your device and in your own private iCloud — never on our servers. We couldn't read it if we wanted to.

On your device & private iCloud. Attacks, symptoms, meds, and notes stay on your phone and sync through your own iCloud — we never receive them.
No account, ever. Nothing to sign into. Open the app and log — fully offline if you like.
No tracking, no ads. Your health data is never sold, never used for advertising, and never shared. There are no ad networks in Dusk.
Anonymous analytics only. A few non-identifying usage counts help us improve the app — never your symptoms, notes, or anything from Apple Health. You can switch them off in Settings.

Ready when you are

For the days it counts, and the days it doesn't.

Coming soon to the App Store Free to track, forever. No account required.
