Using Dusk

Dusk: Migraine Tracker (“Dusk”, “the app”) is developed by Asaduzzaman (“we”, “the developer”). By downloading or using Dusk you agree to these terms. Your use of the app is also governed by Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA), which applies to all apps distributed through the App Store.

Not medical advice

Dusk is a tracking tool, not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition, and nothing in the app — including trigger patterns, correlations, weather alerts, and reports — is medical advice. Insights are based only on the data you log and may be incomplete or wrong. Always consult a qualified health professional about your migraines, your medications, and any decisions about your care. Never delay seeking medical help because of something the app showed you.

Dusk Pro: subscriptions & lifetime purchase

Core logging is free. Dusk Pro is an optional paid upgrade, offered as an auto-renewing subscription (monthly or yearly) or a one-time lifetime purchase:

Prices may change for new purchases; an active subscription’s price will not change without notice as provided by the App Store. Current pricing is always shown in the app before you buy.

Your data

Your health data stays on your device and in your private iCloud — see the Privacy Policy for the full picture. You are responsible for keeping your device and iCloud account secure, and for maintaining backups (iCloud sync, if enabled, serves this purpose). The app is provided without a warranty that data loss can never occur; export your data regularly if it matters to you.

Acceptable use

Don’t reverse-engineer, resell, or misuse the app, and don’t use it in any way that violates the law or Apple’s terms. The app, its design, and its content are the developer’s intellectual property.

Warranty & liability

Dusk is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the same extent, the developer is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Where the Standard EULA and these terms overlap, the Standard EULA governs your license to the app.

Third-party services

Weather data is provided by Apple Weather. iCloud sync and Apple Health are provided by Apple under your Apple account terms.

Changes

We may update these terms as the app evolves; material changes will be reflected on this page with a new date. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
